I believe this was released by SEGA in 2001. I received it from a friend in China a long time ago. It's the Chinese version, but the audio is in Japanese. It has Chinese subtitles. It might be especially recommended for those who are studying Chinese. VCD stands for Video CD, and it's not a DVD-ROM, but rather seems to be video content on a CD-ROM. Playback has been confirmed on a DVD player and PC. By the way, I don't understand Chinese at all, so there might be some mistakes.
