This is a used item, but it includes the obi (sash). While there is some aging, the text itself is in good condition. "Learning from People" is highly valued in the market. Please check images 5 and 6 for obi repairs. Goro-saburo Watanabe: Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1919. Graduated from Meizen High School in 1936 and the South Manchuria Technical College, Department of Mechanical Engineering. He then joined the South Manchuria Railway's Railway Technical Research Institute. In 1951, he became a secretary to a member of the House of Councillors, in 1966, a secretary to the Minister of State for Administrative Management, and in 1976, a political secretary to the Governor of Fukushima Prefecture. From 1990, he served as the representative director of the policy proposal group, Fukushima Shinki-kai. Recycled materials will be used for packaging.
