This is a keyholder from COMINICA featuring the Studio Ghibli film "Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind." This item was purchased new by me and has been kept unopened since then. The outer box shows appropriate wear and tear due to age, but the keyholder inside appears to be free of scratches or stains.
