This is the Electro-Harmonix "nano POG" octaver. I've had it on my board for a long time, and it's fully functional. Velcro is attached to the back. You can independently control the volume of the original sound, one octave up, and one octave down. The output can also be split into effect and dry signals. It's particularly known as a pitch shifter with excellent chord recognition, allowing for a wide variety of sound creation. Please note that the box and manual are not included.
