This is the Mission Workshop Transit Laptop. It has a capacity of about 19L and thick padding, making it suitable for protecting a PC. The outer material appears to be waxed canvas, and a waterproof fabric is sewn into the lining, providing water resistance in combination with the water-resistant zippers. The zipper tabs were small and difficult to pull, so I attached small ropes to them.
