This is a reversible skirt I purchased from Te chichi several years ago. However, as shown in the third photo, the beige side cannot be worn without removing the tag, so I have only worn the khaki side, without using it as a reversible skirt. The waist is elastic. I've worn it many times, but there are no noticeable stains or frays. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items that have been stored at home. Pattern/Design: Solid
