I purchased this 27 years ago as a postpartum cushion. It's an inflatable type, and can be folded up small for portability. The fabric is suede-like. It has been stored at home for a long time. I washed it with water before listing it. The inflation nozzle has been wiped with alcohol and disinfected. I think it can be used for lower back pain relief, or for watching live performances and sports. It's used.
