This skirt is from about 24 or 25 years ago. It has been washed at home and stored in a closet, hanging on a hanger. The waist does not have elastic. It's difficult to see in the photos, but it has glitter. Also, there are lines on the side. It's hard to see, but I've included photos, so please check them.
