It's adjustable and should fit many people's shoulders. My daughter used this after I bought it new last summer. She had tried various shoulder rests, and she really liked this one because it stayed firmly in place and was stable. However, she stopped using it at her teacher's recommendation, so she only used it for about 8 months. I kept it in case she might use it again, but I'd like to pass it on to someone who needs it.
