This is a CP Vegeta card from Dragon Ball Heroes Galaxy Mission 5. Regarding the condition, there is a slight white spot on the back of the card, on the upper right corner (right next to the Great Ape's face). That was the only noticeable issue, so I've listed it as "no significant scratches or stains." I will ship it with cardboard to prevent bending and with waterproof packaging.
