This is a brooch and pendant top that was stored in a small drawer in the storage room. It's one of my mother's jewelry collection, and she says it's turquoise, but it hasn't been appraised, so it's not certain. It's made of a blue rose and a natural stone with a hyōgare-mon (ice crack pattern, which may be similar to an ice floe pattern). Botanical patterns resembling forget-me-nots and leaves are represented in smoked metal. The material of the metal parts is also unknown, but it has an antique-style, elaborate design. Photos 5, 6, 7... Made into a pendant by threading a leather cord (leather cord not included). Photos 8-11... Made into a pendant by threading a silver metal chain (chain not included). There are no photos of usage examples because I don't have any clothes that match, but it can also be used as a brooch. The pin closure can be attached and detached without any problems. My mother used to thread a thick silver chain through it. She said it was helpful because the vertical and horizontal width of the chain hole was wide. While there is aging on the front surface, there are no scratches or stains. There are white parts on the stone on the back (Photos 12, 14). Photos 13, 14...
