It is thin and smooth. ・Acetate 65% ・Polyester 30% ・Polyurethane 5% When I wear it, the skirt length comes to just above my ankles. Neither has a lining. There are some frayed edges on the lace in places, but they do not unravel all the way up. I have priced it lower because of this. No pets or smokers in the household!
