It's a costume that can be used for a full-fledged cosplay or just to create a certain atmosphere, depending on how you put it together! I used it about three times in the park since Halloween 2019. I visually checked it and found no scratches or stains. (There are some threads sticking out from the seams, but that's how it was originally, and it doesn't affect use.) As shown in photo 4, the fabric is thin enough that the polka dots on the back are see-through when light hits them. I think it's fine if you wear Heattech or black tights underneath. ⚠️ This is only the costume for sale; the ribbon, headband, gloves, shoes, wig, and petticoat are not included. I forgot the size, but I bought it on Amazon and it was a women's S size. (For reference, in photo 1, I am 162cm tall and it was quite short. It looks cute when you wear a petticoat underneath!) The wrinkles are noticeable, but I think it will be fine if you wash it and iron it. I bought it for about 9,000 yen at the time. I was hesitant to sell it because it's one of my favorite costumes and I have a lot of memories associated with it, but I bought a new polka dot costume and won't be wearing this one anymore, so I decided to sell it.
