This is a set of Kyocera ceramic knives, a ceramic peeler, and a cutting board. The knife is a slightly large, Japanese-made santoku knife with a blade length of approximately 15cm, and the black blade is especially cool. The peeler also uses a Japanese-made ceramic blade and has a slanted blade, so it cuts well with little force. The Japanese-made black cutting board allows you to see the ingredients well and is about 2mm thick, making it quite sturdy for a flexible cutting board. Both sides are textured to prevent ingredients from slipping. Ceramic does not rust and is very hard, so the sharpness lasts a long time. However, it is very thin, so if you try to cut hard ingredients or frozen items, the blade may chip. Therefore, it is recommended to use it separately from stainless steel knives, etc., so that you can use it for a long time. Price is not negotiable.
