This is a non-sale, thick guitar case. No price reduction. The zippers close except for the small one at the top. The top one closes too, but it's difficult. I think there's some wear and tear, but the inner cushioning is quite thick, so it's reliable. I think the construction is top-notch. Personally, it doesn't tire my shoulders, and it's a sufficient bag for carrying around normally. It will be shipped as is, without folding, with bubble wrap and wrapping. No returns or exchanges, please.
