This is a novelty ballpoint pen from the ramen shop "Suzukiya (Suzukiya)" that I've been storing at home. It's over 20 years old and unused. The ink comes out when the pen tip is warmed, but it doesn't write smoothly. I'm including a Schneider refill [photo 5] of the same G2 type (ISO standard). Suzukiya is a popular "ie-kei ramen" restaurant. They used to give out novelties to regular customers during the New Year holidays, etc. It's not for sale. How about adding it to your collection?
