The top has a flannel-like texture, and the skirt is a solid color with a firm feel. Lined. It's a fall/winter item. It gives a formal impression when worn with a jacket or cardigan. It's also lovely worn with a turtleneck knit for a classic look. I loved wearing it for a while, but I haven't worn it recently, so I'm selling it.
