These are sparkly heart-shaped patches of Melonpanna-chan and Rollpanna-chan. Both are approximately 5cm x 5cm in size, fitting inside that area. Comes with a Melonpanna keychain bonus! I believe I purchased all of these at the Anpanman Children's Museum. Please understand that these have been stored at home.
