HO Gauge: HO-112 ED11 Type No. 2 Electric Locomotive is a HO scale metal model railway. A set including tank cars, freight cars, covered freight cars, and a caboose. The locomotive is a heavy, metal model, not the plastic models of recent years. It's unknown if it runs, but there is no damage. There is some dirt, but please understand that it is an old item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are particular about the condition, as it is a used item. There is no box. The rails are in two parts and cannot be connected. Information: The ED11 type electric locomotive was a DC electric locomotive imported in 1923 by the Ministry of Railways, the predecessor of Japanese National Railways. Two were manufactured by General Electric in the United States for the electrification of the Tokaido Main Line. Initially called the 1010 type, the model number was changed to ED11 type in October 1928 due to the revision of the vehicle type designation regulations.
