I remade a furisode (long-sleeved kimono) I purchased from a recycle shop. It's a chic and gorgeous item. The fabric has a textured pattern (visible in the 8th photo, it's a beautiful black color, though it appears gray). It's beautiful. The lining of the long bag is made from fabric of a nagajuban (long undergarment) that I bought as a bolt of cloth. The lining of the body bag is the same kimono's hakke (lining of the skirt). There are some sewing marks and creases. I think there are almost no stains. The photos show a Tsugaru shamisen (a type of Japanese lute) inside. The shamisen is not included.
