Paper backing is not included. While I believe the hygiene is good, due to the nature of the sticker film, static electricity can occur, and dust can easily adhere to the film around the stickers. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. 11 stickers included (11 items in the first photo) The stickers feel firm to the touch and do not dent. The 3rd and 4th photos show my sticker book as an example of how they look when placed in a sticker book. Please use these as a reference only. They look super cute when you put them on! (Sticker book and the 11 stickers in the first photo are not included.) If you need the paper backing that I use, I have about 4 colors available. Please inquire in the comments. They are ¥50 each and are for a 6-hole binder. If you are interested in flocky sticker sheets, I have them listed separately, so please take a look. As these are made overseas and due to the nature of flocky processing, dust may adhere easily, and there may be variations in coloring and color appearance.
