This is a 90s US Navy P-coat made by STERLINGWEAR OF BOSTON, a genuine US military item purchased several years ago from Nakata Shoten in Ueno. It's made of sturdy melton wool, so it's a bit heavy, but the size is 36 S (short), which is a relatively small size that fits Japanese people well. It has seven buttons. I thought one was missing, but after researching, it seems seven is the standard (photos 4 & 5). There's also a mil-spec tag in the inner pocket (photo 6). There are no noticeable stains, holes, or fraying, and the condition is good. The seller is about 168cm tall and could wear it, so it's recommended for those who can wear a size M and are looking for an authentic military P-coat with a perfect fit.
