There are 48 sheets remaining, as 2 sheets have been used out of 50. Removing the pages from the ring will result in A4 size paper. The cover has some dents and corner wear from being carried around. Some corners of the paper have slight rounding. There is some soiling on the top and bottom edges. I am offering this for sale to those who do not find these issues to be a problem in practical use.
