Thank you for viewing. I am selling a collection of 42 fountain pens in a gold and black (so-called Buddhist altar color) scheme. All of them are missing nibs. There are 30 PILOT pens, 10 Platinum pens, 1 Sailor pen, and 1 Valentino pen, for a total of 42 pens. I purchased these previously from a seller who had listed them together with images of the pens capped, but most of them did not have nibs. The listing mentioned that "some may be missing nibs," but I was still shocked. Even though I have no use for the bodies alone, I didn't want to throw them away, so I've decided to offer them to someone who can make use of them. The bodies and caps were mixed up, so I have organized them as best I could, but there may be some mistakes. Please understand. Regarding the contents, the 30 PILOT pens include Super series, Custom, Elite Custom, Custom Grandee, Custom 74, Custom 742, and others. The internal sacs of the Super series all need to be replaced. The Custom 742 is severely damaged and may be difficult to use as a fountain pen, but it is a valuable model, so I will not dispose of it and will include it in the sale. The 10 Platinum pens include Honest, leather-wrapped (sheepskin?), 18K Standard, and others. The Sailor pen is a leather-wrapped body. Images 14-17 show pens with concerning conditions. The Platinum 14K body and the PILOT Custom 742 are missing nibs, and the Custom 742 has significant damage, such as a chipped top and cracks. Also, 6 of the pens in image 17 have engraved personal or company names. The others are in a condition appropriate for their age, or are relatively clean for their age. Some have been cleaned, but others have not been fully cleaned. Please take the time to clean them after they arrive. They will be individually packaged for shipping as shown in the last image.
