Purchased at a drugstore. The manufacturer is unknown, but it's a genuine product with a regular price of around 4000 yen, which I bought at a 40% discount during a stock clearance sale. It's a size M, suitable for either left or right foot. I tried it on my foot once, but it wasn't the type of support I was looking for, so I'm selling it.
