I had someone make these handmade moisture-proof cases using Inomata Chemical's dried food stockers, but I'm selling the two I'm not using anymore because I don't use them as often. You can easily keep your filaments dry just by putting them in these cases. They should be able to hold most commercially available 3D printer filaments up to 1kg. Based on Inomata Chemical's dried food stockers, they incorporate rollers with bearings and a temperature/humidity gauge.
