Operation confirmed. I purchased this urgently to heat the outside of a reptile cage. It's for small animals like rabbits and hamsters, but it works for reptiles too lol. There are small scratches on the back of the heater (see image 5). The insulation sheet is not attached to the heater, but there are scratches and dents on the sponge part (see image 6). It doesn't affect usage.
