From Ashford, this is a discontinued system planner. It's a Bible-size, 25mm capacity model with a round zipper closure, so you don't have to worry about the contents falling out. I bought it about 15 years ago, but I never carried it around and it's been stored in a warehouse. There are some minor marks and light scratches on the surface, but the rings and zipper open and close very smoothly. I am selling it now to release part of my collection.
