Operation confirmed. The box is damaged, so I've marked it as "Slightly scratched or dirty." I played with it a few times after purchase and then stored it, so the controllers show some signs of use, but there are no noticeable scratches. Also, there is an HDMI cable, but the power cable is not included. I was using a microUSB-B and USB-A cable that I had at home. Please note that this is a used item and sold as-is, with no returns or refunds, due to my amateur inspection.
