PC Engine mini, with controller, connection cable, and USB adapter. I bought this because I suddenly wanted to play Tengai Makyou II, and now that I've finished it, I'm selling it. Among the various ports, this one is the closest to the original (including that gore). The original product doesn't come with a USB adapter and needs to be purchased separately, but I'm including the one I bought, so you can play it right away.
