I loved wearing this when I first bought it, but I'm selling it because my tastes have changed. When I (154cm tall) wear it, the length is around my shins. The cuffs have elastic. There's a string at the waist, so you can tie it to cinch the waist and make it look more fitted. There's also a shallow slit at the hem. (See photos 2-3) Regarding the condition, there are no stains, but the stitching on the back tag is quite prominent, which might be a concern.
