It has 2 pockets and a liner that attaches securely with Velcro. It is used, and there is a slight tear due to loose threads on a part of the liner, but it will be on the back when attached, so it is not noticeable at all. There are no other major noticeable stains or damage. It has been home-cleaned, but it is a used military surplus item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
