They are still usable for practice, but may need to be re-wrapped for performance. Re-wrapping costs 2,000-3,000 yen per set. How about practicing re-wrapping them yourself? There are color stickers and names written on them so you can differentiate them. The stickers with the names that were on the ends of the handles have been removed, so they are a little sticky.
