This is a Pearl P-2102C double bass drum pedal. I bought it new several years ago, and I'm selling it because I purchased a new pedal. There are noticeable scratches and rust, but I think it's still perfectly usable. The shafts are from a display model at a musical instrument store, so they are almost new and unused.
