This is a pure copper grater made by Tsuboe, a long-established brand in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture. The teeth are well-made, and it's great for grating ginger and wasabi. The size is approximately 60 x 100 mm. The surface is tin-plated. The condition is used, but as you can see in the photos, it's relatively clean. It's still a perfectly usable tool.
