This is a cup and saucer by Mari Mochizuki. They were originally sold separately, but are being sold together. The cup has a cute, round shape with a scalloped rim, which is a unique and lovely design. I think it would complement both Japanese and Western styles. The color is white with a subtle pattern. I also have another cup of a different shape, but I don't think I've used it. My memory is a bit hazy. I enjoyed looking at this one.
