It's a purplish gray color with a black ribbon. The fabric is a sturdy 100% wool. It's been around for a while, but I've only worn it 2 or 3 times. The butterfly ribbon is slightly creased, but I don't think it's very noticeable. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It is not adjustable.
