This is a gold 10-link bracelet. It's hard to tell from the photos, but the surface that touches the skin is smooth without any bumps, so it feels comfortable to wear (see photo 4). The jeweled surface is also smooth without prongs, so it's unlikely to snag on clothing. I bought it about 10 years ago for around 9800 yen. The price was high, but I was satisfied with the quality.
