This is the DoCare concealer brush [03 Round]. I purchased it from the DoCare official shop on Rakuten Ichiba. I've used it about 5 times and washed it with makeup detergent. There is no box. There are no major noticeable scratches, but please be aware that there may be slight scuffs if you look closely.
