This is a Mickey Mouse "naptime" beach towel distributed by Japan Airlines (JAL) in 1997 as part of an Okinawa tour. The top edge is tubular, designed to hold the included cylindrical air pillow. It can be used as a sunshade or a mat at the beach or pool. It's also possible to use it as a tapestry or tarp by inserting a bar through the top edge.
