The raw-edged frills curl up and are sewn together at the hem, and the hem on the other side is a little longer. It's a very interesting design for a T-shirt. I think there is some wear, but it still seems wearable. I cut off the inner tag at the hem because it was visible, but I think the size is equivalent to M. The material is probably 100% cotton, a T-shirt material, and the fabric feels neither too thick nor too thin. You can enjoy arranging it by pairing it with pants, skirts, or wearing it over a dress.
