From the mid to late Edo period. I believe it is from around the Horeki era. Ochoko of this shape from this era often have a flame jewel (a three-way radiating jewel) on the inside. However, this item has three "dots" drawn on the inside, which I believe may be an abbreviated form of the flame jewel. This kind of rough work on the foot would not be acceptable today.
