This is Bobbie Takashima's pattern packet "Patches" (English). There are four sheets in total, including the two attached photos. It has been unused since purchase and stored at home for a long time. The instructions are slightly wavy, but otherwise, I don't think there are any noticeable stains, scratches, or discoloration.
