This appears to be a handmade Iga-yaki earthenware teapot from around the Meiji era. It's a charming teapot with a shape reminiscent of abacus beads. I've checked for leaks, and it seems to be fine. I'm unsure about using it directly over a flame, so please use your own discretion. There is writing on the bottom in permanent marker, so please be aware of this.
