These pants have a quilted section and fleece-lined leggings section. I cut the tags off intending to dress my child in them, but they are unused. I believe I purchased them from Shimamura or a similar store. There are no quality or size tags. I compared them to a pair of Branshes pants and found the inseam to be the same length as a size 100, so I am listing them as size 100.
