This is a used item I purchased a few years ago. There's a small hole on the right sleeve, but it's still wearable. I think it would be fine for women too. It has a "Climbproof" tag, meaning it's designed to protect your body from rain and wind, but since it's a used item, the functionality may have decreased, although it is quick-drying.
