This is a Minnie Mouse face-shaped, light-up necklace purchased at a Disney Resort. I bought it quite a while ago. The string is slightly dirty, so if you're concerned, you might want to replace it with a new one. Some of the dots on Minnie's ribbon are chipped. I have confirmed that it works, but I'm not sure how much battery life is left, so please understand that before purchasing.
