Height is 16.5cm as a globe (shade), Diameter (outer diameter of the base) is approximately 14cm. Weight is around 650g (without the bulb). There is some age-related soiling, but there is no stickiness, oil (grease), or smoke (smoke/tobacco) stains (I am a non-smoker and have no pets). The cord is as it was when purchased (installed) and has not been extended from the state in the image. I estimate the total length to be approximately 150cm. An instruction sheet is included. The "connectors (ceiling hook body, etc.), cord adjuster, and cord hanger" mentioned in the sheet are not included (images 17 and 18). The measuring scale is for photography purposes.
