A panel from the 66th Kikuka Sho, where Deep Impact achieved the Triple Crown, and a Sankei Sports newspaper (framed) featuring the Kikuka Sho and the Arima Kinen, his retirement race. The panel was purchased new and has been kept in a dark place, displayed without removing it from its original plastic bag, so it is in excellent condition with no scratches or stains. Please note that the plastic bag has some minor dirt and scratches (see image 6). The newspaper is in good condition as it has been displayed in a frame since purchase. The Arima Kinen edition includes articles about Deep Impact beyond the front page, which are also included. As shown in the images, the Kikuka Sho and Arima Kinen newspapers will be sent together in the frame. Shipping will be via Mercari, packed in bubble wrap and then in a cardboard box.
