Purchased at an Hermes store within a domestic department store. I only displayed it when guests were over, so it hasn't been used as a cushion. There is some fuzziness, which was present to some extent from the time of purchase (please check the photos). There is no sagging, which is typical of Hermes cushions. The storage bag is missing and not included. I have several of these, and there are individual differences. This one seems to have a slightly darker color and a somewhat fluffy texture.
